These games left the most impression on me, and I'll treasure my experience playing them for the rest of my life. I hope you'll have the same opinion once you play these as well.
The Legend of Heroes is a role-playing video game series developed by Nihon Falcom. I've decided to mention the Trails of Cold Steel arc because it is the latest arc among the others. You can start from this arc, but it is recommended that you start from the first arc to fully enjoy the series.
Currently, the first three games of this arc are available in English, while the last one is still being translated from Japanese.
The games are available in Microsoft Windows, Playstation portable, 3, Vita, 4, and Nintendo
Switch.
The game's plot is centered around Rean Schwarzer and his fellow "Class VII" at Thors Military Academy, which is a newly formed class composed of both Erebonian nobility and commoners, being the only one at the entire academy that does not segregate based on social class.
This is a Japanese visual novel game developed by 5pb and Nitroplus that deals with time travel.
The story of Steins;Gate takes place in Akihabara and is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device
that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN which has been doing their own research on time travel, hunts them down.
The Persona series focuses on a series of role-playing video games. I personally played Persona 4 and 5, but it is recommended that players start playing from Persona 3 for the best experience. Though if you're picky about graphics, you might want to get straight to Persona 5.
